Approximately 1 in 7 adults aged 65 and over suffer from some form of dementia. With substantial growth in the aging population over the next decade, this number will only increase which is why Holland Home has been dedicated to bringing Memory Care to the forefront of what they offer.
This dedication has led our specially trained team to become one of only five Positive Approach to Care (PAC) designated facilities in the nation.
The Holland Home Board of Directors joins with the community to celebrate the life of Luis Tomatis, M.D. Dr. Tomatis served as a member of our board and on the Strategic Planning Committee from 2013-2020.
While we are working daily to keep our community of staff and residents safe, we are also doing what we can for our greater community. While we can’t physically be together during these times, we can still show others love and
support. We are looking for letters to pass along to our memory care residents to show them
they are thought of, cared for and prayed for during these times. Click on the above title to learn more!

With the generous support of our community donors and sewers, we have received 1,500 masks to be distributed to our staff and residents. We are still in need of additional masks to ensure the safety of all residents. Head to the link below to see how you can help!
The Vibrant Living model creates a wellness culture, a common goal shared across all departments and entities at Holland Home. It was this collaboration and culture that laid the foundation for the successful transformation of the fitness center, The Body Shop at Breton Ridge.
