Equipment and Technology

At Holland Home, our fitness team is committed to helping residents maintain their physical health and wellness by providing tools that make working out more accessible and exciting. We offer equipment orientations for all residents, teaching them how to use the cardiovascular and strength equipment to feel more confident in their ability to utilize the exercise machines in our fitness centers.

The HUR strength equipment was designed to support active aging. With one swipe of a fob, the machine automatically loads your training program and adjusts the seat and resistance settings. Learn more here.

Now available in all fitness centers! CyberCycles might be stationary bikes, but they feel like the real thing, allowing users to steer and shift just like an outdoor bike with resistance and difficulty automatically adjusting to the on-screen terrain. In 2023, Breton residents rode well over 23,000 miles on the CyberCycle bikes! Learn more here.

Residents can use our Vibrant Living app to view the fitness programming schedule, access virtual exercise classes, and more!

“Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us that the body of Christ is meant to support and uplift one another.  I see this verse put into action every day in the wellness center.  People are always encouraging each other to get started, to do what they can, and to stick to their exercise routines.”
