Repurposing our Oldest Campus
Holland Home’s Fulton Manor campus is Holland Home’s oldest—105 years—having replaced the original Holland Home that stood on the corner of Michigan Avenue and College Street.
As we look forward to our next 125 years, we must now plan for the future and how best to support and care for our residents.
While it has served many generations well, the age and design of Fulton Manor is less functional in our current time. As a result, we will no longer be taking admissions at Fulton Manor. Over a three-year period, residents will be transitioned to our Breton and Raybrook campuses. Our continuing care agreement guarantees that our Fulton campus residents will continue to have a home at Holland Home now and forever.
We look forward with great excitement to the promise of a new and different future for our much beloved Fulton campus.
