Atrio Home Care Available for Independent Living Residents
If you moved into Independent Living at Holland Home, you are more than likely hoping to maintain your independence as you age—but that doesn’t mean you can’t ask for help from time to time! We can help coordinate extra in-home assistance with our partners Atrio Home Care, so you can continue living your independent lifestyle as safely as possible.
Who is Atrio Home Care?
Atrio Home Care is a part of Christian Living Services, the same umbrella organization that Holland Home belongs to. Atrio has two distinct providers: Atrio Help at Home and Atrio Home Health. Help at Home is there to assist with daily activities and personal care needs while you maintain as much independence as possible. Home Health can help you recover from surgery or illness with nursing, therapy, and rehab (occupational, physical, speech, stroke) services. Atrio is also able to install home safety equipment and telehealth monitoring devices.
How does it work?
Two distinct providers ensure that whatever your needs may be, our team is equipped to meet them.
Atrio Help at Home is a private pay service that is here to help with daily activities such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, and dressing. We have trained and dedicated employees who are experts in senior care. From companions to aides, nurses, and massage therapists, you might be surprised at what services are available to you. Atrio Help at Home is flexible to meet each client’s unique needs and scheduling preferences.
Atrio Home Health is typically covered by insurance and is here to help you recover from surgery, return to normal after illness, or help you understand a new medication or diagnosis. We have skilled professionals who coordinate with your physician and build a care plan. From registered nurses to physical, occupational, and speech therapists, we have your at-home healthcare needs covered.
How to get started.
Once you get in contact with Atrio, the first thing they will do is conduct a free home safety evaluation. This will help you determine what services, technologies, or care could benefit you. Atrio also has social workers available who can help you through this process. You can call Atrio Help at Home at 616-233-4142, Atrio Home Health at 616-235-4663, or visit atriohomecare.org to learn more and get started.
