In these times, there is so much we are missing out on—graduations, weddings, celebrations— but the thing that stands out the most, is the loss of human connection. With necessary visitor restrictions and distancing policies in place, our residents are feeling this loss greatly. While we might not be able to physically come together, we can still show love and support.
We are collecting anonymous letters from members in the community to pass along to our memory care residents. This simple gesture has the profound impact of letting someone know they are thought of, cared for and prayed for. A few short sentences or a fun drawing could make all the difference in someone’s day.
