The Holland Home Foundation makes this possible by supporting programs and initiatives that enrich the lives of residents, strengthen our staff, and extend our mission of compassionate care throughout the greater community.
Resident financial assistance.
More than $21.9 million has been distributed through the Resident Assistance Fund over the past five years. Holland Home’s Lifecare Promise ensures all residents receive care for life, regardless of their financial circumstances. Contributions to the Resident Assistance Fund are used to support the care and living expenses of residents who require assistance.

1892 Heritage Society
The 1892 Heritage Society honors visionary donors who choose to leave a legacy through a will or creative planned gift benefiting Holland Home, Holland Home Foundation, or Faith Hospice. Through the generosity of donors, the Holland Home Foundation funds enhancements at our Breton Woods and Raybrook campuses—upgraded lobbies and furnishings, improved Wi-Fi, renovated fitness centers, new pickleball courts, and refreshed dining spaces—all designed to strengthen community connections.
