Holland Home provides a full continuum of care to cover your living and health care needs as you age. We offer independent living for adults 65 and over, assisted living for those needing help with daily living activities, and skilled nursing for those requiring long-term care. We also offer specialized memory care services through assisted living and skilled nursing, plus home health and help at home services through Atrio Home Care. No matter what your needs as you age, we’ve got you covered.

Through its partnership in Atrio Home Care, Holland Home provides a variety of in-residence care services, from help with daily tasks to medically directed care.
MEMORY CARE

Led by a highly trained and compassionate memory care team, Holland Home provides ongoing in-home and residential care to those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
SKILLED NURSING

Our compassionate medical and nursing staffs provide round-the-clock services for those with long-term health care needs.
HOSPICE CARE

Through Faith Hospice, board-certified physicians and specialized nurses provide families and patients unwavering compassion, round-the-clock comfort, and the greatest level of care possible.
LIFECARE PROMISE

With our exclusive Continuing Care Agreement, Holland Home residents are guaranteed continuing care for the remainder of their life, even if they outlive their financial resources.
