Holland Home Announces Third Senior Living Campus in Ada
Holland Home announced their plans to open a third senior living campus in Ada, the Averden, with hopes to start construction in early 2027. The $215 million planned community will cater to active adults 60+ and will feature 136 independent living residences and a 15-room assisted living center.
Three distinct neighborhoods will offer all residents different lifestyle options with access to the plethora of fitness, activity, and socializing areas, featuring indoor pickleball courts, an indoor pool, walking/running track, personal and group fitness space, a golf simulator, theater, and dining options at its restaurant, cafe, and pub.
The Averden is being built on land donated to Holland Home in 1998 by Dan Vos, a builder and longtime Ada resident.
“The Averden is unlike anything Ada has seen before,” said Troy Vugteveen, President and CEO of Trillium Living, which owns Holland Home. “This community reflects Holland Home’s unwavering commitment to excellence and Christ-like care. It’s about creating a refined, community-focused lifestyle for older adults who want to remain active, connected, and supported as they age.”
