When it comes to creating a vibrant community for older adults to thrive, it takes numerous individuals working together with a shared mission. Apart from direct care roles, we offer a variety of opportunities for people to utilize their time and talents to support aging adults.
Our grounds crew and maintenance teams help create a comfortable, safe, and functional environment for our residents to age in. As a part of the team, you’ll be responsible for maintenance and repairs across our two campuses helping to maintain communal areas, landscaping, and aesthetics ultimately contributing to the dignity and independence of residents.
As a member of Holland Home’s dining services, you help to ensure residents receive nutritious and delicious meals that cater to their personal likes, medical needs, and dietary requirements. You will also be responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience by developing special holiday meals, diverse menus, and an ambiance that promotes social interaction and excitement for residents.
Members of our transportation team play a vital role in supporting the mobility, independence, and overall well-being of residents. Helping residents who might otherwise have difficulty getting around, you’ll provide a convenient and safe way for them to run essential errands and participate in social outings, community events, and recreational activities.
Our environmental services team, which includes housekeeping, laundry, and related roles, helps maintain clean and sanitary living spaces to promote a healthy environment for residents. By creating clutter-free spaces, you will be helping to prevent accidents and promote overall safety for residents in their homes and common areas.
If you have a skilled trade (plumber, electrician, HVAC, carpenter, painter), Holland Home has year-round employment opportunities for you working to maintain the functionality, safety, and comfort of our facilities. You’ll be involved in community upgrades, which may include remodeling common areas, upgrading facilities, and energy efficient and accessibility updates.
