The Remember Me Walk on October 10 at 10:00 a.m.
Alzheimer’s is a progressive brain disease that destroys brain cells and causes problems with memory, thinking, and behavior. It is the most common form of dementia. Holland Home provides memory care at its Raybrook and Fulton campuses, including many innovative programs that help residents maintain their dignity and feel fulfilled despite the devastating damage caused by dementia.
This year, Holland Home is launching its first annual Remember Me walk to support our memory care programs as well as help with the benevolence needs of our memory care residents.
When: October 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
