Mina Breuker

Mina has been with Holland Home for nearly ten years as executive director of our Fulton Campus and then executive director of our Raybrook Campus. Previously, she was corporate director at the Holland Community Hospital. Mina holds a bachelor's degree in nursing as well as a master's degree in management. She is also a licensed nursing home administrator.

Kitty Vydareny

Kitty has been with Holland Home for seven years as a charge nurse in the Lendick Memory Care Unit, manager of the Cook Memory Care Center and, most recently, as the director of resident services. Kitty is a registered nurse and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Susan VandeBrake

Susan has been with Holland Home for 15 years, holding a variety of positions including director of Holland Home Health Services and Director of Estates Health Centers. Susan holds a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Calvin College and a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University.
“Sharing in the lives of the residents is a gift in my life. I receive so much more in this job than I give as I listen and observe and interact with these wonderful people. I often learn important life lessons simply from listening to their personal histories, of what they have learned over time (and are currently learning), what challenges they have faced and are facing, about their spiritual journeys and family stories, about care giving and commitment. Each day brings new insights, wisdom and encouragement for living, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work in such a setting.”
Patty Hager

Patty has been with Holland Home for five years. Her experience includes positions in the Spectrum Health Emergency Department, physician’s offices and other long-term care facilities. Before her current position, she was manager of Holland Home’s Cook Memory Loss unit. Patty holds an Associate’s Degree and an LPN license.
