Carolyn Flietstra

Carolyn joined HomeCare of Holland Home in 1999. She has also served as a case manager and a quality assurance coordinator. Prior to coming to Holland Home, Carolyn worked as a nurse at St. Mary's Mercy Medical Center and an administrator at Advantage Health Physician Network. Carolyn has been a registered nurse since 1985, and holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Lisa has been with Holland Home and involved in providing home health care services since 1992. Previously she was head nurse at Fulton Manor and clinical nursing coordinator of Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services' Older Adult Program. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and is certified as a psychiatric nurse by the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center.

Chris Boer

Chris first joined Holland Home in 1993, and has been a therapy team leader and physical therapist. Prior to working at Holland Home, Chris worked at Spectrum Health. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from Widener University and a bachelor's degree from Calvin College. In his free time, Chris is a competitive cyclist.
