What does Holland Home's Continuing Care Agreement provide?

The Continuing Care Agreement basically provides the following two items, subject of course to the terms of the Holland Home Disclosure Statement.

  1. That the resident will have access to the Nursing Center or other facilities of Holland Home on a basis of priority over persons who are not current residents of Holland Home facilities.
  2. If a resident has exhausted all possible sources of public and private support and is without financial means to pay the Holland Home regular fees and charges, such fees and charges may be waived or reduced to the extent necessary.
