Responsible for strategically building effective relationships with referral sources; identifying and acting on opportunities to build referrals, and acting as a liaison for flow of information and problem resolution. Requires knowledge normally acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in a health care related field. Clinical background (RN, OT, and PT) preferred. Two years Sales/Marketing experience in a health care setting is also preferred.
Dietary Aide Fulton Per Diem varies varies Work tray line, wash dishes, clean assigned work areas and other responsibilities as assigned. Ability to read and speak English. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Electrician All Campuses Per Diem 1st varies Performs installation, maintenance and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures throughout Holland Home. Ensure work is in accordance with relevant codes. Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language. Journeyman Electrician's License required. Proof of a valid MI driver's license and vehicle liability insurance required. Ability to reach, stoop, bend, kneel and/or crouch while performing maintenance duties.
Floor Care Technician Fulton FT 1st or 2nd 36 Identify cause and determine method of removing stains from floors, carpets, and furniture using a variet of cleaning equipment and supplies. Strips, waxes, polishes and shampoos carpet as directed. 1-2 yrs floor care experience with basic knowledge of floor care equipment and procedures. Ability to reach, stoop, bend, kneel and/or crouch while performing maintenance duties. Ability to read, speak and understand English.
HomeCare Client Scheduler HomeCare FT 1st 40 Responsible for client scheduling, various tracking and reporting, misc. data entry and support for nurse managers. Must have highly proficient computer skills, phone skills,and strong interpersonal skills. Strong attendance a must. A Medical Assistant/Medical Nursing Certificate or pervious patient scheduling experience preferred. 9am-6pm Monday through Friday.
Housekeeping All Campuses Per Diem varies varies Provide routine cleaning services, including resident rooms, carpet cleaning, and laundry. Should be flexible to perform different jobs. Ability to lift and move furniture ( a minimum of 50 pounds), work in small areas, bend and kneel easily and ability to use a ladder.
Human Resources Administrative Assistant Corporate PT 1st 24 Greets visitors and answers telephones providing information and/or directing callers/visitors to the appropriate place/person. Provide support to the Human Resources Department. Duties include, but are not limited to, typing, data entry of information, maintaining personnel files and records and assisting with employee and/or potential employee questions. Must have the ability to direct sensitive issues as appropriate; maintain confidentiality to ensure the integrity of the department, exhibit organization skills, and a positive customer service attitude.

The job requires knowledge normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. One to two years of Human Resources experience is preferred. Computer proficiency necessary.

HVAC Technician TBD Per Diem 1st Varies Installs, maintains and repairs heating and cooling systems in various buildings. Replaces equipment as needed. Performs preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment; maintains related records. The job requires knowledge normally required through a minimum of 2 yrs of college and 3 yrs of field experience in related area. More than 5 yrs of heating/cooling experience is required. HVAC journeyman's license required. Knowledge of forced air, hot water, steam, refrigeration systems, self-contained and splits systems and hydronic.
LPN Charge Nurse Fulton PT 3rd 24 Supervise CNA staff. Administer medications and treatments for the residents. Liaison between physician and families.
Valid license. Genuine care for the elderly. Charting accuracy and attention to detail a must.
Includes every other weekend.
LPN Charge Nurse Raybrook FT 2nd 40 Provide nursing care for assigned residents: administer meds, assessments, change dressings, vital signs, treatments as prescibed by physicians. Supervise aides. Valid licensure as LPN in State of Michigan; experience working with elderly in long term care setting. Attention to detail.
Maintenance Tech all campuses Per Diem varies varies Perform special projects as needed. Cover for Maintenance Tech vacations. Must have analytical ability to identify and resolve mechanical and non-mechanical equipment problems. Experience in facilities maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, door hardware, flooring & general maintenace would be helpful. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with staff and residents. Ability to reach, stoop, bend, kneel and/or crouch while performing duties. Ability to operate tools and equipment necessary to perform repairs. Ability to walk distances and to be on feet for extended durations. Evening, weekend and/or holidays hours may be required.
Physical Therapist HomeCare PT 1st 24 Develop & implement physical therapy treatment plans for assigned clients. Licensure in State of Michigan; minimum of 2 yrs experience in physical therapy; geriatric experience preferred.
Physical Therapy Assistant HomeCare FT 1st 32 Provide physical therapy treatment to assigned clients under direction of Physical Therapist. Completion of accredited PTA program; 1-2 yrs of rehab and/or geriatric experience as a PTA.

Work every other Sat & Sun; hourly position, 10 hrs/day.
