Mina Breuker
Executive Vice President, Residential Living

Mina has been with Holland Home for nearly ten years as executive director of our Fulton Campus and then executive director of our Raybrook Campus. Previously, she was corporate director at the Holland Community Hospital. Mina holds a bachelor's degree in nursing as well as a master's degree in management. She is also a licensed nursing home administrator.

Amanda Baushke
Director, Masterpiece Living

Amanda came to Holland Home in 2008. Previously she served as the aquatics director for the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Alma College.
“My Masterpiece Living goal here at Holland Home is to assist our residents on their road to aging successfully!”
Susan Hallifax
Life Enrichment Coordinator and Nurse

Susan has been at Holland Home for more than five years. She previously worked in nursing and as a client service representative calling on nursing homes in Michigan. Susan is a licensed practical nurse.
“I love the creative and especially the spiritual side of life. It's a privilege and a gift to be a part of Holland Home because of their mission and taking very special care of their residents, according to God's calling. The residents are special to my heart, and it's a privilege to be part of their daily walk providing the comfort and quality they need in their journey.”
Sara Heethuis

Sara has been with Holland Home since 2008. Her previous experience includes more than ten years as an ICU nurse, nurse consultant and administrator. She holds an RN BSN and is a nursing home administrator.
“I want to do the right thing everyday, to motivate and empower others to do the same, and to assist people to live life to the fullest regardless of age, ability or cognitive status.”

Donna has been at Holland Home for 11 years, serving in a variety of positions from receptionist to administrative assistant.
“I enjoy the Holland Home staff, leadership and mission. I like the wide variety of responsibilities I have and thoroughly enjoy the residents with whom I get to interact. I see them as people with great wisdom and much to offer the world. God has led me to where I am, and I see, feel and recognize His blessings each and every day.”
