Welcome to Holland Home

Holland Home has been serving seniors since 1892. Located in beautiful Grand Rapids, Michigan, we have grown to include three campuses providing the full continuum of care — independent and assisted living, skilled nursing and respite and memory care, as well as home health and hospice services. We are now the 40th largest non-profit continuing care retirement community in the nation.
